Check In and Out Policies
Check in/out times can vary from property to property and is listed on the individual property page. Early check-in and late check-out can only be authorized by URelax. We always do our best to accommodate guests but in some cases early check-in or late check-out cannot be approved because of cleaning or maintenance schedules. Generally there is no charge for an early check-in or late check-out, but unauthorized early/late check in/out can be subject to fees, including the cost of an additional night.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation number and stay details. 3 days prior to your arrival, you will receive another email with entry instructions to the home and a reminder on check in/out times.
