Cancelation Policy Updates
Effective April 1, 2023, we are no longer offering any special terms for guests who contract Covid-19 before, during or after a reservation with URelax Vacation Rentals.
After a full review of our terms, a reservation may be canceled within 48 hours of booking with a full refund. After this period, all normal terms regarding cancelation and refunds will apply. We offer “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance along with Standard Cancelation insurance (TI) and we ask guests to consider purchasing insurance in these uncertain times to protect the investment in your vacation. Cancel for any reason insurance MUST be purchased at the time of your reservation but you may add standard (TI) insurance at the time of your final payment. Please contact us at least 62 days in advance of your arrival if you wish to add standard insurance.
Once your reservation is confirmed no refunds can be provided for Covid-19 related or other concerns. If you decide to purchase travel insurance with your reservation, you are required to submit your claim to the underwriter for consideration under their terms. We do not have a role in the claim process other than to supply information about your reservation, our cancelation terms and our retention of funds.
