Morro Bay is one of California’s great Central Coast communities The area has become famous for its beautiful state parks, bird estuary’s, and the distinct Morro Rock. Tourists and locals both enjoy a variety of activities in the area, including fishing, surfing, kayaking, golfing, bird watching, beachcombing, or just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Besides the nature and recreation of Estero Bay, there are also fine restaurants, and unique shops. Morro Bay, the largest of the three cities, is at the heart of Estero Bay. Morro Rock, the last in a chain of long-extinct volcanoes, covers over 50 acres at its base and towers 576 feet above the entrance to Morro Bay. The waters that make up the bay are contained within a three-mile sandpit and the shores of Morro Bay and Los Osos. The local fishing industry is one of the most important along the California Coast. On the Embarcadero, you can shop, walk to Tidelands Park and play on the pirate ship, or simply sit and watch as the boats make their way to sea.

Overall, this house was great for our family of 5! Close to the beach, clean upon arrival, quiet neighborhood & a good layout for kids to be in bed while adults are still up. The bathrooms were stocked well with toilet paper & towels and the kitchen had all the utensils & appliances we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Super clean, cozy and spacious! Having many trails to the beach it was fun to be adventurous with my five-year-old nephew. The beach was littered with sand dollars. The home itself is so super clean and cozy. The only thing It didnt have is a Keurig coffee maker, thats why I dont leave home without it! What was really fantastic is off the den theres a three-quarter bath and it was great for the man in the family to have his own then you still have two full baths in the bedroom areas one being a on suite.

Fantastic House. We loved staying in this house. It was clean, comfortable and so spacious. It was a couple of blocks to the beach. The house had almost everything except for beach chairs and beach gear. Remember to bring your bicycle the house is also blocks away from a great walking and biking path.

Best vacation rental experience I've ever had; and that's saying a lot because I have rented far and wide (and often). The whole process from start to finish couldn't have been easier. The few questions I had where answered expeditiously and clearly. I have stayed in many rentals all over the USA and all over the world. I can honestly say that the moment I walked into the house I knew that the management of this property was exceptional. Every detail had been anticipated and provided for. The folder of local attractions, things to do in the area, where to eat etc. was given the same precise attention and care as the house. Every (closed) drawer, cabinet, shelf, and closet with supplies was methodically organized and tidy. I was very impressed by how immaculately clean every inch of the house was. The entire place was 'white-glove inspection ready.' (My background is career military so I know meticulous and attention-to-detail when I see it!)

I attended a family wedding while visiting the area. It was lovely to be near the beach. What I enjoyed most about the home was how clean the whole space was and the great attention to every detail; truly home-away-from-home!
