•Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

- The master bedroom features a CA King bed, flat screen tv, large closet and beautiful adjoining bath with a step in shower.
- The second bedroom includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed with a flat screen tv.
- The third bedroom located off of the living room has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed and has a flat screen tv.
- The hall bathroom has a combination tub and shower.
- The living room includes a large flat screen TV with Blueray player and comfy seating with built in USBs to charge your portable devices.
- Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The dining area makes for an amazing space to eat at the custom crafted wooden dining table, or to play games on the seashell checker board
- The kitchen is well appointed and offers everything you need to host a scrumptious meal for the guests of your group.
- The back patio area has a nice seating area there is a gas grill available.
- The garage offers a ping pong table and parking for 1 car, there is plenty of parking in the driveway as well.
- Laundry is available and located in the garage.
- Beach chairs, beach towels, toys, and boogie boards for guest use to enjoy your day on the beach.

Thank you for the amazing stay. Your rental is truly the best home for families with young kids and the location is perfect. Our kids loved every. They had so much fun and we got to relax and spend some quality time as a family. We didnt have to worry about not having something for them. The house is stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We will be back for all our future family vacations in Morro Bay.

The whole process was so easy. I had a great experience with URelax and every employee I had the pleasure of speaking with. Everyone was very kind and had knowledge of every rental they have. They helped me with which property to select due to my mother being in a wheelchair. I can't recommend them enough.

The entire stay was great but I think the part we liked the most was the view and how easy it was to see all the beautiful sunsets. There were 9 of us and it never felt crowded at all. The layout of the house is perfect and the views are unbelieveable. It was clean and very comfortable.

Great vacation home! We rented this property from 5/6 through 5/10. We loved the location and the house. The outside patio has a wonderful view of the ocean as well as from the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped having everything we needed for meal preparation. The beach/seaside decor of the home is done very well. There is plenty of seating in the living area as well as the dining table. We would love to come back to this home again!
