• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

Main Level:
• Formal living room with a wood burning gas fireplace*, ample seating, and tv- perfect for relaxing together to enjoy conversation around the fire.
• Dining area adjacent to living room with dining table and seating for 8.
• Kitchen is well appointed with ample counter space for all of your cooking preparation.
• Additional dining nook with a cozy padded window seat located in the kitchen

Upper Level
• This home features an additional 3rd split level with the sitting room and bedrooms. The upper level of the home leading to the bedrooms is accessible from the hallway off the dinning area.
• Upper level sitting room with comfy seating, record player, and access to the covered balcony
• Covered balcony with seating to relax and take in the views and dining table to dine outside while enjoying the coastal breezes
• The Master bedroom featuring views from the large windows has a king-sized bed with French doors leading to the covered balcony
• Master bathroom with lovely soaking tub, step in shower, and dual back to back vanity
• The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and access to hall bathroom.
• The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed and has access to the hall bathroom
• The hall bath shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedroom has a step-in shower.

Lower Level
• The lower level features multiple spaces for hours of enjoyment, stairs from the kitchen lead to this area of the home.
• Den with a flat screen TV and pull out sofa with stairs to an upper space with a card table and desk.
• Down the hall is access to the garage with more seating and ping pong table
• A full bath with step-in shower with washer and dryer.

Additional Home Features:

This is a split level home with many various areas accessible only by stairs.
*Guests must provide their own wood for the fireplace, wood is not provided.

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
• Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return any provided keys as instructed
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.
