Please Note: This home will sleep a maximum of 10 people. We can offer the home for up to 8 adults and 2 children. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

*Important Please Note*
• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

The home has recently been fully remodeled with custom touches throughout. The floor plan is open and contains both a family room and living room with partial views of the ocean. Ample seating indoor and out, this home is well appointed for larger groups to gather or spread out and have their own space. Walk the short distance to the beach and enjoy the sand and surf, then return home to rinse off with the outdoor shower and unwind in the manicured backyard. This home is a perfect opportunity to get away and still feel right at home!

• Fourth bedroom has two twin sized beds
• Hall bath features a shower/tub combo
• Backyard with gas grill, patio with outdoor dining, outdoor shower and large grass area

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
• Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return any provided keys as instructed
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

Location is ideal for family with a surfer, and also for site seeing. House was comfortable with nice spaces for eating, relaxing, and playing games and puzzles. Beautiful and well equipped house, perfect location.

We enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare meals, everything we needed was there for us to use. The house was spacious and very clean. Our kids loved walking go the nearby beach and playing in the large backyard. We would definitely rent this property again!
