However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

This wonderful oceanfront home offers you the perfect beach vacation! Everyone dreams of vacationing in a home where your whole view is filled with nothing but the beach and ocean and this home delivers on that dream! The common living area has wall-to-wall windows where you can constantly view the many changing ocean scenes and amazing sunsets! Hear the waves crash, see the pelicans soar by and feel the ocean breezes on your face as you savor that wonderful glass of local wine on the deck! To get to the beach, just head out the front door where you will find a short path through the dunes that leads you to the Morro Strand State Beach. Here you can walk for miles in either direction on white sand beaches. It doesn't get better than this!

• The living room, dining room and kitchen are one large, open area with Amazing ocean views to hang out in.
• Living room with large flat screen tv, comfortable seating and gas fireplace.
• Front deck with lounge furniture
• The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances
• Wind-protected patio area off the kitchen with a gas Weber barbeque grill and seating area
• Master suite has a queen-size bed, gas fireplace and private bath
• Master bathroom with gorgeous walk in shower
• 2nd bedroom with queen bed each
• 3rd bedroom with queen sized bed
• Hall bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower.
• The living room also has queen-size hide-a-bed couch and there is a very comfortable twin sized roll-away bed.
• Ping pong table.
• Washer and dryer, free WiFi and cable TV.
• Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after a trip to the beach.

You will have use of one parking spot in the garage and plenty of additional parking in the long driveway. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is great for walking and biking but is just a 5 minute drive to downtown Morro Bay. The Morro Bay Trolley Car also frequents this neighborhood during the extended summer season, providing you a carefree ride to the downtown area.

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will definitely want to come back!

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
• Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return any provided keys as instructed
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

Quiet neighborhood, beach front access, large home made it comfortable for our family trip. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage and the porch deck was wonderful for enjoying the scenery.

Im a repeat visitor.. it feels like home every time I walk in the door. It is a beautiful home, an amazing location and if you are the social type, lots of surfers, locals and their dogs visit the beach and watch the sunset right next to you so its fun to chat with some lovely people.

The view and accessibility to the beach was absolutely ideal! We loved the ease of technology use, the fireplaces, and the spacious floor plan. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming.

Great home, we had three of us with our son visiting for one night. Plenty of room. Great view, quiet and everything you need. only complaint is the tv set up. Both TV's very hard to function. Had to have a PHD to operate the TV. other than that great stay.

very relaxed spring break! the house is very clean and comfortable. looks like it has been remodeled recently. we walked to the beach every day. it gets pretty close to a perfect house! can't wait to come back again!

Wonderful Stay! We had a great time at this property. The Manager was very responsive and the house was in excellent condition. The view of the ocean is amazing and it is a short walk across the dunes. Would definitely stay here again!
