Located in a small, quiet complex right on Morro Bay’s Embarcadero, you’ll be just steps from the best of the Central Coast: seafood spots, local shops, wine bars, kayak rentals, and waterfront strolls. When you're out and about, you’ll feel the lively coastal energy. When you're back inside, you're greeted by peace, comfort, and the gentle sounds of the bay... with maybe a happy seal or two in the distance. Even better? You can bring your dog along for the fun!

• Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and oven with everything you need to prepare a meal
• Living room with gas fireplace built into the wall, adding ambiance as well as warmth for your comfort.
• The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space.
• Living room also has a large TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa that makes into a queen-size bed.
• Full bathroom has a large step in shower
• There is also a half bathroom
• Shared garage for 1 vehicle to park in right outside the unit (please note garage clearance of 6’, not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street)

Managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways, this condo is sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a carefree coastal escape.

No Smoking. Dogs allowed and must comply with pet policy, 1 Dog under 40lbs allowed in this unit. Daily pet fees apply.

Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted.
Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance.

This unit is just one of three nearly identical condos in the building. Same great views, same thoughtful design, so if your dates are taken, we've got you covered with another option!

Morro Bay is bursting with adventure, from tide pooling, kayaking, and biking to wine tasting in nearby Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. Don’t forget to check out the local art galleries, farmers' markets, and festive seasonal events while you’re here. Once you experience life on the bay, you’ll be planning your return before you even leave.

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
Lock all doors and windows
Return any provided keys as instructed
If your reservation includes a pet:
Clean up all pet messes, including waste in the yard or outdoor areas
Properly dispose of all pet waste in outdoor trash bins
If pet waste is not cleaned up, an additional pet cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

Suite was spotlessly clean and sanitary. Very roomy,and loved the balcony right above the harbor with a fantastic view of the harbor, Morro Rock and the spit. Great location with shops and restaurants just steps away. Kitchen fully stocked with all amenities. Wonderful ambience, very quiet. Very user friendly, with all instructions in writing. We highly recommend!

What A Great Place To Stay! We loved it. It was the perfect pace to stay. You can walk to all the best restaurants and shops. We've been coming to Morro Bay for over 50 years and we decided to stay here for our 40th wedding anniversary. It was definitely worth it! To wake up in the mornings, and in the evenings, and hear the seals and fog horn was great. If we decided to stay in, the kitchen had everything we needed. We will not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place and convenient location This place is amazing. It is right on the bay with great views of the Rock. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay in Morro Bay. Located right on Embarcadero, it is walking distance to all of the seafood places and other great places to eat. We've already planned to return next year.
