• Master bedroom (upstairs) has a king bed and spacious adjoining private bath with a step-in marble tiled shower and pedestal sink.
• 2nd bedroom (upstairs) has a queen bed and has an adjoining bath with a step-in shower.
• 3rd bedroom (upstairs) has a queen bed.
• 4th bedroom (upstairs) has 2 twin XL beds.
• A third full bathroom (upstairs) lies at the end of the hallway, complete with the original claw foot soaker tub/shower combination. This bath is shared between a third and fourth bedrooms.
• 5th bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed and tv.
• Downstairs full bath with step in shower.
• All the beds have quality mattresses, non-allergenic pillows, comforters and Egyptian cotton linens for a perfect night’s sleep.
• Gourmet kitchen full equipped with granite and butcher block counters and new stainless steel appliances ready for your culinary creations.
• The dining/living area centers on an antique oak table that can easily seat 10 or more.
• Formal parlor with plenty of extra space to read a book, play cards or sip a glass of wine and a wide screen TV to enjoy a movie.

If you are a bicyclist, look no further. The house is surrounded by some of the world’s finest road cycling and excellent mountain biking just a few miles away and offers easy, moderate and challenging routes right from our door. The home includes a place to securely store your bikes and work on them.

The dedicated and spacious bike room includes:
• Huge wall map with excellent bike routes
• Park Professional Repair Stands (two regular clamp style, one fork mount style)
• Park Tool Wheel Truing Stand
• Stainless steel work bench
• Floor pumps
• Variety of Park Tools for basic maintenance
• You will also find a modest supply of tubes, lube, CO2 cartridges and some Gu hanging around (use and replace, please).
• If you need to rent bikes, the fine folks at Paso Bike Tours will deliver bikes right to the house at your request.

No Smoking and No Pets. This is strictly enforced.
Reservations with arrival on Christmas Day may not be accepted.
 
Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
• Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return any provided keys as instructed
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.
