COVID-19 Policy Updates
Currently our county is not under any restrictions and we are not offering any special terms related to COVID-19.
Your reservation may be canceled within 48 hours of booking with a full refund. After this period, all normal terms regarding cancelation and refunds will apply. We offer “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance and we ask guests to consider purchasing insurance in these uncertain times.

Once your reservation is confirmed no refunds can be provided for Covid-19 related concerns. In our sole discretion we may decide to offer refunds, credits or other compensation to guests outside of our contract terms for any reason. If you decide to purchase travel insurance with your reservation, you are required to submit your claim and provide the final notice of settlement or denial to us prior to any consideration of goodwill extension (refunds or credits) beyond the terms of our contract. Any goodwill terms offered to guests are based on the guests individual situation and are not blanket exceptions to our contracts.

What we are doing to protect you
Our team is committed to providing clean and safe homes for our guests and owners each and every stay. In the beginning of Covid, it was believed that it could be easily transmitted by touching surfaces that an infected person had touched or sneezed/coughed on. However, the current research from the CDC states "The principal mode by which people are infected with SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) is through exposure to respiratory droplets carrying infectious virus. It is possible for people to be infected through contact with contaminated surfaces or objects (fomites), but the risk is generally considered to be low". The housekeepers will open windows and doors and turn on fans when available upon entering the home and to leave the house open during the clean. They always clean and sanitize all bathroom and kitchen surfaces, appliances, and most other commonly touched surfaces. All sheets and towels are washed in hot water with recommended detergent to sanitize these items. We cannot guarantee the home to be free of the virus so it is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions that will make everyone in your group comfortable based on your individual situation.
