Effective March 26-May 21, 2020 we can only accept requests for accommodation for people providing services to the community or providing care to family members in the community. We cannot host your rental if it is solely for the pursuit of recreation. Please contact us if you are seeking a rental for quarantine reasons, to care for a person in the county, or are a health care worker as we do have rental options available to you at special rates depending on your situation.

Cancellation Policy
  • You have 48 hours from the time of booking to review the contract and cancel with a 100% refund.
  • 61 days or more to arrival, we collect a deposit of 15% of the total reservation that is non-refundable.
  • 60 days or less to arrival, only the cleaning fee and damage insurance is refundable (if you have made the final payment). We will do our best to rebook the property and if we do, you will receive a prorated refund based on the amount we were able to re-rent the property for less a 20% fee.
  • To protect against cancelations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance to ensure refund of deposits paid.

These Cancellation Terms are for a direct booking with Urelax Vacation Rentals. If you made your reservation through a third party platform such as Homeaway, VRBO, Tripadvisor, AirBNB, Booking.com, or similar your reservation is subject to the cancellation terms provided in your rental agreement at time of booking.
