The iconic Sea Gull Motel was purchased a few years ago and completely renovated by a local family in a stunning, 1930’s vintage mission/Santa Barbara style.  The motel consists of 3 separate units, 2 of the units are one bedroom with either 1 or 2 baths and can accommodate 4 or 5 guests depending on the unit.  The main home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate 8 adults or 9 with children.  You’ll be delighted with the finish and attention put into this property, which is just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown Cayucos and is the perfect spot for your vacation.  For larger groups all three units can be rented to accommodate up to 18 with children.  This property has earned dozens of 5 star reviews and the management has been recently handed over to a local property manager so the family can focus on other projects.  Contact us today to secure your vacation at this truly special property.

Cayucos is my familys favorite place to visit. Renting a home to enjoy our stay was a first and quite enjoyable. I enjoyed the cozy feel of the home, it was much more comfortable than staying in a regular motel. I especially enjoyed the money I saved by having a small kitchen available to cook several of my meals.
