Had a great time, beautiful home. Home is spacious and in walking distance to pier, shopping and the movie theater.

Everything you need. We had a great stay here! Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, stores, and food.

The management company provides remarkable service, we had a problem with the television, they responded IN PERSON at 4:30 on a Saturday. I told them it was not a big deal, but she insisted on coming out and fixing the problem. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

great location, walk to everything. well kept and comfortable home, excellent location, easy walking downtown or to the embarcadero. All appliances worked well, sufficient dinnerware and cookware (only thing I noticed to be lacking was baking dishes, but really - who cares?). Nice to have garage access for parking, definitely a plus. Only reason not a 5 star is one bedroom has a waterbed, but that is subjective.

When I called about circuit going out, manager checked back within hours. They were very responsive.

4 instead of 5 stars-- the house and location are magical but it is dated and probably not appropriate for small children, active dogs or anyone who is disabled. Deck down at waterfront, above the bay, mesmerizing and tranquil but a straight drop off so I was glad I didn't have my dog in residence. Electric in kitchen a bit challenged, circuit blown with Keurig and toaster plugged in. Old fashioned furnishings add to its comfort and charm. It feels spacious. Walking distance to State Park or down to Embarcadero. A wonderful back porch and great view from dining room. I'd stay there again but would suggest a few upgrades. Tub/shower could use grab bar and modern faucet to better regulate hot/cold. Shower though had terrific pressure.

It is great place to stay, very mellow, clean and it has everything you need.

Easter 2019. My wife, daughter and I went to SLO to visit our son at Cal Poly for Easter. We arrived on Thursday and stayed through Sunday. We normally stay in the Pismo Beach area as VRBO's are sometimes hard to find in SLO. Plus we like staying close to the beach. In searching a place to stay for this visit I came across this rental in Morro Bay. I paid particular attention to the kitchen area as our son was wanting mom's home cooking. This property did not disappoint. The kitchen area is large, lots of counter space, easy to clean, and a good working gas stove. Plenty of silverware, plates and glasses, though we did bring some of our own cookware. In prior reviews I read a lot about the noise of the nearby highway. We did not find this to be a problem, and we slept with the windows open. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements, well stocked with linens, quiet complex, we were very pleased and will defintely be staying there again.

REALAXTION AT ITS BEST. We all had a great time at Morro Bay. The home was clean and comfortable!! Really hated to leave but all good times all have an ending. Will definitely come here again!! Thank you Urelax!!

We had a minor issue with one of the toilets the day of our arrival and The property manager was prompt and attentive resolving our issue and making sure we had everything we needed.

Great vacation home! We rented this property from 5/6 through 5/10. We loved the location and the house. The outside patio has a wonderful view of the ocean as well as from the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped having everything we needed for meal preparation. The beach/seaside decor of the home is done very well. There is plenty of seating in the living area as well as the dining table. We would love to come back to this home again!

Time with family. We had a marvelous time with our blended family. This property is beautiful and we will surely come again

Overall, this house was great for our family of 5! Close to the beach, clean upon arrival, quiet neighborhood & a good layout for kids to be in bed while adults are still up. The bathrooms were stocked well with toilet paper & towels and the kitchen had all the utensils & appliances we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Super clean, cozy and spacious! Having many trails to the beach it was fun to be adventurous with my five-year-old nephew. The beach was littered with sand dollars. The home itself is so super clean and cozy. The only thing It didnt have is a Keurig coffee maker, thats why I dont leave home without it! What was really fantastic is off the den theres a three-quarter bath and it was great for the man in the family to have his own then you still have two full baths in the bedroom areas one being a on suite.

Fantastic House. We loved staying in this house. It was clean, comfortable and so spacious. It was a couple of blocks to the beach. The house had almost everything except for beach chairs and beach gear. Remember to bring your bicycle the house is also blocks away from a great walking and biking path.

Great Stay!Great location! Perfect for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed each having their own room. 1 block to the beach. Great bike path to and from town. House is well equipped and comfortable for all. Peaceful and quiet. Ping pong table was a plus! We will definitely be back!

Spent several days and nights in this lovely vacation home. It was a perfect get away - steps from the beach and gorgeous views! Spacious, clean and comfortable!

This home is amazing from the incredible ocean view to the comfort of the home. Our time there was all about family and just relaxing. The deck with the beach view and the comfort of the home made our 4 days perfect. In the evening, the lights in the home create an incredible ambiance as you dim the lights hidden in the beams of the ceiling....its a magical feel. Huge kitchen....plenty of room to cook and hang out. This is now our favorite....I can see us visiting a couple times per year. Cayucos is quiet, incredible restaurants within walking distance (like 10 to 100 yards). We loved it...can't wait to go back.

The property manager was easily reachable for any questions and very helpful (we accidentally left something behind and they were very prompt in getting it mailed back to us!) Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to booking again in the future.

Relaxing Cayucos Stay This home in a quiet neighborhood and within an easy walk to the beach was in a perfect location for our vacation. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we really enjoyed that there was a ping-pong table and bikes in the garage for our use.

Clean, beautiful home with everything we needed. We are very happy with our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the house clean and comfortable and it was just a short walk to the beach. The owner was very accommodating of us bringing both of our small dogs which we very much appreciated. We would definitely rent here again!

very nice place. The beach house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of beds, plenty of room, no issues with anything. It was really a great place. Highly recommended.

Pretty clean and comfortable for our group! The house was pretty clean and comfortable for our group and we had plenty of space to hang out in the living room together. The best feature of the house is the front porch with the barbecue grill...relaxing area to eat breakfast or grill some burgers in the evening.

The location worked out great for exploring Morro Bay and day trips to Hearst Castle and Paso Robles The deck was awesome, the kitchen was adequate, the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable for our needs. The only negative was the sofa and loveseat in the family room are worn out I.e. the springs could be felt through the cushions.

loved everything about it great placae to stay, very clean. the view is spectacular. The home is very comfortable and relaxing. November is a great time to visit, not too crowded. There is nothing bad to say about your place in Morro Bay.
