This was our first time doing so, and it was very good.

The location was fantastic. We love the views through the large windows in the living room and master bedroom.

Everything was communicated clearly. Directions for check-in and check-out were clear. The binder of instructions in the house was very helpful (for things like operating the TVs, connecting to WiFi, etc.)

We enjoyed the comfortable sitting areas, the well-equipped kitchen, and the comfortable rooms. The view is truly a highlight of this property! The deck was so nice for eating outside. The neighborhood is quiet.

It was very easy to rent and the property managers were extremely helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

The location to everything is perfect. An added perk was watching all the retro vehicles pull in and out of Nelson's Garage across the street.

We rented this charming little gem, situated in close proximity to the beach. The house is roomy, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. The beds are plush and generously sized. We relished connecting with nature, taking in stunning sunsets without forgetting rendez-vous with Karl.

Very satisfactory

Having space to relax in different spaces, whether as individuals or as a group, was a good feature. The kitchen allowed several people to work at the same time - we like to cook together.

This is the second time we have used URelax. Both times were very positive. There is always somebody to answer an urgent text message. They checked in on us often, which made us feel cared for. Over all, I would say they are one of the best short-term house rental companies we have worked with. We do this a lot!

The house is beyond beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. this is important to us old folks with wonky backs. Even the kid's twin beds are great. The views are stunning! There is no describing them. The house is well stocked with 2 or 3 of everything you might need. (if you need a large crock pot, bring one from home.) The nature preserve has great trails that are for every possible use. Many are uphill dirt trails for mountain bikers. The bluff trail is spectacular, plenty of parking, flat and wheelchair accessable, with wildlife galore. (we made friends with a blue heron that was about 4 feet tall!) Don't be afraid to drive into the little spurs where you have "coastal accesss". These tiny, rocky beaches are minutes from the house and each is different. They all have stairs. There is a "TV" room adjacent to the living room, that can be closed off. We often had people watching a loud TV program, with other people in the living room reading or talking quietly. It was wonderful to have that flexibility. We did end up using that room on the last two nights when we had all 12 people, but it still worked out, since the fold out bed is easy/peasy. The hot tub is good for about six people. Don't worry about the cloudiness. The water is clean, it just is how the water is in Cambria. (Make sure you turn on a porch light before going down to the hot tub. It gets really dark.) Two minor inconviences plus one stern warning: 1. The driveway is very steep and weird. You can fit 6 cars, but you will be playing musical cars and backing out is fraught with danger. 2. The accustics are not favorable for people sleeping downstairs while others are walking around upstairs. Even tiptoe walking sounded like elephants to the sleepers. Bring earplugs. 3 Victoria Ave is a tiny, narrow, one-way street, and it is labled WRONG in Google Maps!! When you are driving the correct, well marked, direction, your car's warning system will tell you that you are going the wrong way. The correct direction is downhill. The neighbors were very nice about helping us figure this out.

The team in the office was very responsive...location was perfect...close to everything in walking distance.... 1 block away great food sea shanty, local market everything you need... and the view from this place is perfect....
